Why Milvara

The tow truck you would want your family to call

Straight pricing

You hear the price on the phone before the truck leaves. No surprise charges when we arrive, no meter running while you decide.

Damage free equipment

Flatbeds for low, lowered, all wheel drive and luxury vehicles, wheel lifts for tight garages and parking decks. The right truck for your car, not whatever is closest.

Licensed and insured

Fully insured operators, so your vehicle is covered from the moment it leaves the ground until we set it down.

Around the clock, for real

A person answers at two in the morning, on holidays, and in the rain. That is when most tows happen.

Local, not a call center

You reach the people who dispatch the truck, here in Southwest Florida, who know which exit you mean.

English and Spanish

Hablamos español. Explain the problem in the language you think in and nothing gets lost.

3

A driver rolls out

The nearest truck heads your way and we stay reachable until you are taken care of.

What it costs

How towing is priced, plainly

A tow has two parts: a hook up fee for getting your vehicle safely on the truck, and a per mile rate for the distance. Winching, heavy vehicles, tight recoveries and after hours calls can add to it. Because those change job to job, we quote you on the phone once we know where you are, what you drive, and where it is going. The number we say is the number you pay.

  • Hook up fee plus per mile distance
  • Extra for winching, recovery and heavy vehicles
  • Price confirmed before dispatch, always
  • Cash, debit and major credit cards

Questions

Common questions

How much does a tow cost in Fort Myers?

Every tow is a hook up fee plus a per mile rate, with extras for winching, recovery or a heavy vehicle. Rather than post a number that turns out to be wrong for your situation, we quote you on the phone once we know your location, your vehicle and the destination. That quote is what you pay.

How fast can a tow truck get to me?

It depends on where you are and what is happening on the roads. We are based in the Fort Myers area, so Fort Myers and Cape Coral are a short run, Lehigh Acres, Estero and Bonita are a bit longer, and Naples, Punta Gorda, Immokalee and LaBelle are longer still. You get a real window on the call, with the distance already accounted for, not a number designed to keep you from calling someone else.

Are you open at night, on weekends and on holidays?

Yes, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Nights, weekends and holidays are when most breakdowns happen, so that is exactly when we are working.

What areas do you serve?

Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Punta Gorda, Immokalee, LaBelle and Alva, plus the I-75 corridor between them and the places in between such as North Fort Myers, San Carlos Park and Buckingham. Long distance tows out of the area are available too, just ask when you call.

What forms of payment do you take?

Cash, debit and major credit cards. Payment happens at the job, and you will already know the amount because we quoted it before dispatch.

Will my insurance or roadside plan cover this?

Many policies and memberships reimburse towing. We give you a detailed receipt with the date, the vehicle, the mileage and the service performed, which is what your insurer or plan will ask for.
